An ode to relaxing under the ocean breeze, in a colorful and tropical design imagined by the architectural firm Caprini & Pellerin. In the kitchen, Chef Yiannis Kioroglou concocts sunny dishes highlighting Mediterranean and Caribbean products. You can taste grilled fish and lobsters, burrata & tomatoes, Caribbean lobster pasta, or the signature “La Guérite” pasta!
